Dear Colleagues, dear Friends,
The Journées Dermatologiques de Paris (JDP), the National Congress of the French Society of Dermatology (SFD), will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, from Tuesday 6 to Saturday 10 December 2016.
The Congress of the French Society of Dermatology (SFD) has a specific format, combining CME sessions and scientific free papers. Thanks to the collective investment of the organizers and speakers, we offer again this year, a quality program that covers all areas of dermatology.
Among the new features of this 2016 edition, the Annual Meeting of Dermatological Research (CARD), organized by the Society of Dermatological Research, is joining the JDP, in order for clinicians and researchers to share their experiences and interests in immuno inflammation, oncology, genetic skin barrier.
The "Hots Topics" session, which allows you to select by voting communications of 18 hot topics, is renewed and enriched with the "Actualities" presented in plenary sessions.
The "International" session will host this year four foreign Dermatology Societies who will present the organization of Dermatology in their respective countries. The session in English (translated into French) illustrates the will of the SFD to open up internationally. This commitment is also reflected by the translation of a few other sessions into English in order to better share our experiences with our foreign colleagues.
More than 100 different CME sessions (workshops, FMC, forums), more than 500 scientific papers (oral or poster) on all aspects of dermatology, and satellite sessions will be offered during those JDP.
Their content will be available for reviewing after the conference on the website http://www.sfdermato.com in a restricted space reserved for members of the SFD.
The preliminary program will be available in June only electronically with a download from the http://www.sfdermato.com site. I remind you that a preferential rate is offered to members of the French Society of Dermatology.
We would be glad to have more and more participants joining our Learning Society!
Procedures for membership to the SFD have been simplified. You can submit an application either online from the home page of the website of the French Society of Dermatology (www.sfdermato.com) or by mail to the secretariat of the French Society of Dermatology:
